· "Every Wednesday night at the movie theater on Subase Bangor has a family night - the cost is $1 for the whole family with inexpensive hotdogs, soda, popcorn, nachos, candy etc. It is open to military and civilians. Just need access to the base. The movies are very up-to-date. Another good find is the Home-Depot in Silverdale offers free wood makings on Sundays - and due to the size I think its on Saturdays too. Things that have been made are bird houses and paper towel holders etc, matrials are provided by the Home Depot. My child is too little so I dont know more specifics about it, but maybe you could.
